I started my journey within the Real Estate Niche at the start of 2021 - the market was super hot & I was focused on helping agents with video marketing, websites, and additional social media services.

After building multiple relationships with local realtors, as well as other agents in surrounding cities I managed to partner with a brokerage to start working as a full time ISA. With previous sales experience I quickly excelled in this role & transitioned to a full time marketing director within the first 6 months.

At this point, I was focused on implementing systems to help the team grow & scale with there online systems. After many months, and countless zoom meetings we had finally dialed everything in for them to the point where I wasn't very busy anymore...

After 12 months I personally felt like I had hit a ceiling in terms of growth within the company. This led me to officially start The Scaling Agent In November of 2023. Since then we have helped over 50+ agents scale with proven marketing strategies & our goal for 2025 is to help more agents than ever before!
